Refund and Returns Policy

Since all of our products are digital in nature (e.g., personalized digital portraits, brand illustrations, digital paintings, animations, and GIFs), once the artwork is completed and delivered, we do not offer refunds or returns. This is due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following:

Changes and Revisions

  • Preliminary Approval: Before we finalize your artwork, you will receive a draft or initial concept for your review. You can request changes or provide feedback at this stage. We are happy to make revisions until you’re satisfied with the direction of the artwork.
  • Final Version: Once the final version of the artwork is delivered, we will not be able to process refunds. However, if there are minor adjustments or fixes you would like to make (e.g., color adjustments, resizing), we can make these for you at no additional charge, within a reasonable scope.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order before we begin working on your artwork (i.e., before any drafts or initial concepts have been delivered), we can issue a full refund.
  • If the artwork has already been started, we will assess the work done and determine a partial refund based on the progress.

Errors and Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with the quality of your digital artwork, such as a technical error with the file or a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final version. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a corrected version or offering a partial refund in exceptional cases.

Delivery of Digital Products

Once your artwork is finalized and approved, we will deliver it to you via email or a cloud storage link. Please ensure that your contact details are correct when submitting your order. We are not responsible for any issues with delivery due to incorrect or incomplete contact information.

Printed Products

If you have ordered printed versions of your artwork (e.g., canvas prints, posters, etc.), please note the following:

  • Defective or Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement print at no additional charge.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately, and we will send you the correct item or issue a refund.
